With the development of the Open-Source Software Linux, our country has already achieved the stage progress to the research of the autonomous security-operating systems. This kind of systems, as represented by Linux, have reached the security-rank Level B1of TCSEC (Trusted Computer Systems Evaluation Criteria).The operation system, as the basic system software, provides the upper application software with the core services mainly, such as the process and the equipment management, ect. Through the application software, the clients’demands are satisfied.This sort of operating system, which only emphasizes the safty of the security-operating system and is unable to satisfy the clients’applied demands, will restrict its own development in the future. Windows platform has a huge number of the application software resources. Because of the two operation systems’differences, some application softwares can’t work in Linux platform. However, their functions can be made use of through the transplantion.The transplantation of the application system refers to the process, which transplants the application system from one operation system to another on the basis of retaining usability.The application transplantation, which is referred in this research paper, is the Windows transplantion. That is a process, which makes Office Automation System on a basis of the Windows platform transplanted to Kylin security-operating systems. After the transplantation, Office Automation System satisfies the demands of Kylin security-operating system. Meanwhile, the process of transplantation can’t exert negative effects on the normal working of the clients. Firstly, the paper introduces the research background and significance; then it makes a general analysis towards the transplantation of Office Automation System from Windows platform to Kylin platform. In connection with transplantation demands, the author’s research group design and achieve the transplantation and reformation of Office Automation System.In the process of transplantation, the research group design and implement the four sections, that is, the database transformation, the, and C-Language transformation, and the security configure of the information server. Eventually, the transplantation of Office Automation System is achieved from Windows platform to Kylin platform.(1) The automatic transformation modules of the database achieves the automatic transformation between the relation database SQL Server and MySQL.(2) The automatic transformation modules of script transformation achieves the automatic transformation from the the ASP script language to the source code of PHP script language.(3)The automatic transformation modules of C-Language transformation achieves the transplantation of CGI program’s source code from Windows platform to Kylin security-operating system platform.
