The Design Of BIT Demonstration And Verification System Based On CAN Bus For Small Satellites

The Built-in self-test(BIST) of the satellite electronic equipments was referred to new concept in the field of satellite product.This Viewpoint of BIST broke the Connection boundary between traditional satellite equipment and integrated test system, the test of the antenna was extended to the aerospace aircraft inner part, in result that it was raising consumedly to the cover and real time of testing for aerospace aircraft。 Therefore, it was more Objective and credible for diagnose the state and Breakdown of the aerospace aircraft. The BIT technology is an available way to resolve the problems of the aircraft testing.This paper researched the demonstration and verification system about BIST based on CAN bus for small satellites, which used the heat controlling equipment as the test object. The heat controlling equipment is the typical Single plane equipment, which began to transfer from developed model to applying model as a mature product. The research of BIST tech based on the heat controlling equipment would be the typical model for satellite equipments BIST techs.Demo verification system of BIT was built for application in satellite comprehensive test and the ways to provide data, analyzing the feasibility.Demo verification system was used in subject test, fast telemetry acceptance test of efficiency3.25times test, slow telemetry testing efficiency improving15times. Fault recognition rate100%. Completely satisfy each index requirements:the project research work has achieved expected results.This project researched the results for small satellites quickly test and the need of quick launch provided practical solutions, through the introduction of the test technique is installed inside, not only improving test coverage, test efficiency at the same time greatly reduced the size of the ground test equipment.
