Currently, compared with the relative overseas satellite platform, it is necessary to note that there are some differences, we should do many work to realize integration, modularization and standardization。 This study is based on the task of SDIU which is independent development for the enhanced satellite Platform. Based on the design idea of modularization and miniaturization technology, adopting the internal bus and standard interface technology, it is optimized that the equipments of several subsystem including power supply subsystem, thermal control subsystem and OBDH subsystem are integrated to realize a standard interface module, and finally relized the integeration of electrical system and the information self-management.The main content of this paper is as follows:(1) Based on the modularization design idea, we accomplished the scheme design of SDIU for integrating the function of different equipment on satellite platform.(2) Based on the system block diagram, we accomplished the hardware and reliability harden design.(3) Software design is based on the hardware and software protocol, the flow chart and detailed realization method are accomplished through the requirement analysis for system software. Adopting modularization and structured design in program design, every module realizes single function and for calling in the main program(4)The engineering showpiece of SDIU is accomplished equipment level test and experimentation analysis verification, and the result indicates that the engineering showpiece realized all functions reliably and exactly.After completing of the research, the achievement including:(1) The engineering showpiece has the characteristics of modularization, standardization, all-purpose and high performance, and realizing the prospective goal.(2) Easy to extend the modules, it is very convenient to increase modules in need of use.(3) Because of the integration of functions, the weight of unit is lighter than that of before integrated, the effect is very good.
