Modern technology of military simulation technology for weapons has developed into a powerful tool for the whole process of the development of weapons. Military power is particularly prominent between the state and national political and economic competition. How to develop the weapons with high performance under the limited funding and experimental conditions of equipment has caused a growing number of concerns of the scientist. Especially in design and development phase of the fire control system, it is necessary for all kinds of indicators of which (such as the recognition algorithm, tracking algorithms and software and hardware performance, resolution, etc.) to be detected. In order to test the technical indicators, the weapons must be placed in the real environment t, using of the real target for the experiment. But to do this would cost a lot of financial and human resources.First This paper studies the OGRE based on3D graphics engine development libraries, through its analysis and research and then complete the design and development of the interactive interface Second, base on the characteristics for the human eye, the author combined with image processing algorithms to obfuscate the target and background features such as gray-scale adjustment using C++and OGRE graphics engine to develop the software for simulating the goal of3D visual effects.This paper used some Gaussian blur and adjusted the image algorithm to simulate the human eye watching the movement for goal of the weapons under different background environmental. On this basis, this work is mainly reflected in the following areas:1) Designed the entire3D structure of the target system simulation software, achieved the simulation of different weapons.The perfect test to verify the system’s functionality and usability.2) For the characteristics of the human eye, it combined with image processing algorithms on the target background blur and adjust the gray scale, using OGRE’s synthesizer in real time post-processing of image processing, the specific using of Cg language as script to Gaussian blur and image gray-scale adjustments to the entire software synthesis algorithm.3) Built application environment and compiled the OGRE graphics engine, in the windows platform using visual studio2008to complete all the modules of the software, coding, and dynamic simulation of complete display and data processing.4) draw three-dimensional model for weapons with software3DMAX.
