Design And Implementation Of Config Discovery For The GSM/WCDMA Mobile Integrated Network Management

Aiming at building a comprehensive network management integration of the GSM network andthe WCDMA mobile networks, and taking the configuration of the management module as theresearch object, the configuration management mainly reflects the various types of managed networkequipment, resources and equipment in the case, so that managers can easily understand．With thekey resources and use of statistical resources of the whole network in order to strengthenmanagement, to play the maximum effectiveness of communication networkresources．Configuration management is the basis for the network management system, is the basisof performance statistics, and is the basis for alarm handling．Complete and accurate configuration ofthe network management system directly determine the completeness and accuracy.Based on the analysis of operations supporting systems, the design andimplementation of the mobile integrated network management system ispresented．Learning from the successful experience of TMN technology and combinedwith NGOSS methodology and OSS/J interface technology, the data abstraction formobile network management configuration is given．On the basis of resource model, theconfiguration data for the professional network management system were unified, theinformation and data sharing resource model were established, and the configurationcollection, processing, discovery and changing the configuration management processbased on the resource model were realized．This system makes the configuration timely,accurately and completely, and it provides support for the performance and alarmdata．We also make research on how to make full use of network resources, and how toincrease network efficiency and other measures.
