With the fleet development of the business of China Mobile,the operation and the complexity grows fastly, but every old core management system is absolute,can not assort with each other. Based on the reference of foreign communication carriers'experience,China Mobile should have an Integrated Resource Management System to reduce the complexity on the business,associate each core management system,manage the resource data,provide some service.Through the Integrated Resource Management System the company can improve the ability and efficiency of business,and create the enterprise value.Ater thart, the Integrated Resource Management System can help the company to resolve the problem in the business easily ,manage the resource in a efficient way and ensure all the work and business can conduct soomthly and quickly.This article describe the design and the development of The Integrated Resource Management System,using the knowledge of software engineering and software architecture.Based on my experience ,this article mainly research the development of user interface generator.In this article,the following aspects:the definition of config file,the implementation of the methods of data wrap,data verify, build the query expression and generate user interface were researched and described.Through the user interface Generator development in the Integrated Resource Management System for Mobile,the system is friendly and the work on development of user interface is reduced.The summary of the experience of the development of user interface Generator can provide help to the similar systems.
