Satellite integrated network due to both the advantages of the satellite network and the ground network, with all-day seamless coverage and other characteristics, which is the communications industry to“the Belt and Road” the information bridge.Satellite network and ground network complement each other, which served the ground users.User terminals are divided into two main categories: satellite network terminals and terrestrial base station users. As the satellite spectrum sharing program proposed a significant increase in the system's spectrum utilization, but this also faces another problem, the satellite network and the ground network will have some co-frequency interference. However, the establishment of the protected area makes the inter-satellite link with the frequency interference significantly reduced, the signal to noise ratio(SINR)reduced. Therefore, the continuous optimization of the satellite spectrum sharing program has become a hot topic of current research. The integrated network can take full advantage of the complementary advantages of the satellite network's broad service area and the user-intensive network-intensive adaptive cloud access of the terrestrial network to achieve high-speed mobile broadband all-weather and seamless coverage across the region to meet the needs of all users.All-weather seamless coverage of the objective needs of communication. This topic is based on the background of s atellite-to-earth integration network,in order to deal with local traffic volume, large area of small business needs and other issues, that is,how limited network resources to improve network throughput and energy efficiency,to ensure that users can(QOE,Qua lity of Experience),this paper puts forward a radio resource management scheme with high energy efficiency while taking into account the throughput. In this paper, the dynamic relationship between the SINR and the energy efficiency of the satellite link is deduced, and the influence of the end user location, the size of the protected area, the transmission power of the end user on the SINR and energy efficiency of the satellite link is analyzed.Spectrum resource allocation scheme, that is,the joint soft frequency reuse strategy, the priority of the band at the edge of the user to protect the level of priority, priority allocation of higher levels of protection band to the more marginal users. The establishment of energy-efficient satellite-to-earth spectrum sharing scheme greatly reduces the same frequency interference from the satellite. In addition, the interference coordination between the terrestrial cellular base stations can improve the throughput of the system,so that the cellular users get a certa in anti-jamming gain.Reducing the impact of satellite interference on users.Due to the large wall loss in the urban environment, some office / home micro base stations are too small for users' INRs,so they are not considered in order to improve energy efficiency in the Co MP process. In this paper,a channel matrix sparse algorithm is proposed to perform selective beamforming, and the scheme is applied to H-CRAN scene. This algorithm can greatly reduce the power consumption of the baseband processing in the beamforming process and improve the energy efficiency of the system.
