The improvement of modern Radar system provides a new technical method forthe target recognition.In the recent years the time domain property of laser pulse as animportant method for the target recognition has been improved quickly. This papermainly discusses the way to design the photoelectric detection system. The best effect of theecho detection have been achieved when using the laser pulse characteristics as targetrecognition parameters。The article starts from the introduction of the modeling of the echo time domainmeasurement and the method of target feature extraction. Then,based on the principlesof the photoelectron detection, the circuit design of the target echo is analyzed, andthe energy of echo pulse is calculated. Then,the range of the detector’ size is determined.Finally, four measures are provided to improve the response speed of the detector, andthe results of the experiment are analyzed...
