| As the key technology of electromagnetic launch technology,pulse power supply technology,its research level determines the engineering application of electromagnetic weapons.This paper takes a pulsed power supply module as the research object,establishes a simulation model to calculate the electromagnetic and mechanical parameters,and conducts demonstration and analysis combined with the module discharge experiment.Development has certain reference significance.The main work contents are as follows:(1)Summarize the composition and working principle of the pulse power supply module,expound the functions of the main components and explain the finite element calculation principle used in this paper.(2)The experimental system of the pulse power power supply module is introduced and the single-module discharge test is carried out,and the experimental results are used as the data source for the simulation and calculation of the external excitation in this paper.(3)Time domain excitation simulation analysis.It mainly calculates the time variation and force distribution diagram of the electromagnetic force on each component of the pulsed power supply module,calculates the current density distribution of the pulsed power supply module at different times,the magnetic field,and analyzes the electromagnetic force on the power supply device at different times.(4)Simulation analysis of frequency domain excitation.Calculate the magnetic field of the pulsed power supply module corresponding to the excitation of the corresponding current at different frequencies,and compare the virtual displacement method and the Lorentz force method to calculate the electromagnetic force of each part of the pulsed power supply module at different positions under the excitation of different frequencies of current.Finally,the current,magnetic field density and magnetic field energy of each component of the pulse power supply module at different frequencies are calculated,and each calculation result is systematically analyzed.(5)Calculate the structural strength and stiffness of the pulse power supply module,and obtain the stress distribution cloud map of each part,which provides a reference for the structural improvement of the pulse power supply module.In this paper,the data obtained by the discharge experiment of the pulse power power supply module are studied through theoretical analysis and simulation calculation to study the internal electromagnetic field characteristics of the pulse power power supply module and the weak parts in engineering applications.The results show that the analysis method and calculation model of the pulsed power supply module in the paper have certain reference significance for the compact design of the power supply module,and help to achieve good electromagnetic compatibility of the pulsed power supply. |
