Suning is a large home appliance chain enterprise in China, with a sound foundation of fund, management, soft and hard facilities. For a home appliance chain enterprise, logistics distribution is the final part of most of goods trades. Thus, it is critical to realize high efficiency and low cost in logistics distribution which will influence the development of the enterprise.A design of mobile logistics distribution system based on Android platform has a positive function to improve logistic management. Through intelligent mobile terminal, distribution staff could gain information about goods and distribution tasks in real time, and feedback their present location and the result of tasks to the distribution center in anywhere at any time.Therefore, the distribution center could monitor the conditions of distribution tasks and staff in time, and make right dispatch decision, improve efficiency and reduce cost in dispatch. It is said that mobile logistics distribution system has been a major trend in logistics development at home and abroad.This paper proposes to design and realize the mobile logistics distribution system based on Android platform. Using Baidu Map SDK to take Baidu Map as the base map, and the SDK could provide GPS. WiFi, Base station hybrid positioning technology, which can solve the problems that GPS can’t position indoor, base station or WiFi can’t position clearly when they are used individually, thus it can fast and accurately position and track, realizing real-time positioning distribution staff in the course of distribution. In this paper, push technology is used to help realize real-time online dispatch and distribution management. Bar code scanning technology is also used to help accurately judge goods information, which ensures the accuracy of distributing goods. This paper put forward that to undertake path planning in distribution path planning with the modified genetic algorithm, aiming to improve efficiency and reduce cost in distribution.By using this logistics distribution system, Sunning Nannning Branch can timely and exactly gain effective management decision information during logistics distribution, connect dispatch managers tightly with distribution staff, improve efficiency and reduce mistakes of distribution. Path planning used in the course of distribution lowers the transportation cost and makes a good condition for fast development for the enterprise.
