Design And Implementation Of J2EE-based ICT Project Management System

With the continuous development of the ICT(Information Communication Technol ogy) business for government and customer career department, each project manager’s response for the project is more and more. While most of these ICT projects have the aspects of large coverage, involving multi-unit, long duration and other characteristics, resulting in project manager can not manage the entire project development and implementation of a standardized, effective, accurated through needs order. In this paper, with the actual requirements, we design an ICT project management system.In this paper, the author is under the background of China Telecom of CRM system, research ICT project management subsystem. In the design process, firstly described the research and application of CRM and related technologies, and a brief analysis of the SOA architecture, J2EE platform and SSH framework, on this basis of the theory, according to the analysis of existing problems, the system is proposed to be design; then combined with the enterprise business processes, completed this system requirements analysis, and on this basis, the design of the SOA-based architecture, built on the J2EE platform, integrated the framework of SSH, the overall design for presentation layer, business layer and persistence layer; with Hibernate as the persistence layer development tools based on Oracle9i database and the design the database.According to the above design of the system, the final completion of the ICT project management system is realized. The system enables the project manager standardized, effective and accurate management of the entire ICT projects, realized the project start, project plans, project implementation, project control and project end of each function.Under the system acceptance reports, one by one to complete the testing of the system, to verify system stability and effectiveness. The system has been tested and is now on the line put into operation.
