The Research On The Evolution Of Archives Collection Thoughts After The Founding Of The China

This paper focuses on the archives collection ideology after the founding of theP.R.C. According to the related theory of the archives management and the thinking fromthe practice process of archives collection, this paper focuses on representative ideologiesin each period from the Funding period to now. It also mentions the new period of thearchives management collection and studies the filing range systematically and deeplyfor future references.This paper includes four parts：The first part is about the theoretical preparation stage of the archives collection:this period focuses on the centralized management after the funding of P.R.C when thearchives work is on the right track. This period also starts to emphasis on science andtechnology archives collection.The second part is the practice of standardization stage of the archives collection:the standardization of collection procedures and the improvement of relevant laws andregulations. This period also puts forward the requirement of enriching and optimizingthe collections.The third part is the interdisciplinary integration stage: during the file to collectideas:"the idea of making the paper records and electronic records together"，"the idea ofcollecting them systematically","the idea of the integrated management","the idea ofcollecting the archives knowledge","the idea of the archives memory".The last part introduces the guiding ideology of the archives administrationdepartment with a strategic height view. Combining with the political background of theera, this paper introduces a preliminary guide of the people-oriented idea, the mix of thepeople-oriented idea and the archives management, and so on. It also analyzes theguidance program on the construction of the "three systems" deeply. It explores theevolution of the contemporary archives collection practices, and its ideology and presentsthe archives ideology development process.
