Use content analysis method, compared and analyzed in terms of news topics, narrative technique, the concept of the press and media ecology. On the basis of comparative analysis we would like to summarize characteristics of TV-depth report for public events in China. Then combine the theories of media functions and media public property to discuss the reason. Summed up the experience and inadequate. Discuss the function of supervision by public opinion.
