Task Management Oriented Environment Operating Platform Design And Implementation

In recent years, the global environment has been deteriorating. The problems that entail have deterred the improvement of people’s living standard, and more seriously the stability and prosperity of our country. The priority of each and every nation that is seeking development is environmental protection. Environmental operation is an emerging industry, mainly foucused on providing professional maintainance service of on-line monitoring equipments for polluting enterprises. On-line monitoring equipments, which present crucial basic data for emission evaluation, are of significant importance to environmental protection bereaus. Consequently, efforts on environmental operation are especially vital. In practice, once the online monitoring equipments fail to work, it is required that the operator should be noticed immediately. Thus, an information platform exclusively for environmental operation is needed.This paper mainly discusses the necessity, the design and the actual realization of such a platform. The platform mentioned in this paper is aimed at transmiting data simultaneously and reliably, effectively dealing with data loss during maintainance, and meeting the needs of the environmental protection supervision department to monitor the operator and the polluting enterprises.This paper analyses various characteristics of environmental operation, the operation flow of it, and the problems that may occur, and elaborates the main functional module of the platform and the real actualization of the task-based platform. This platform covers the following functions, such as task management, operation management, expert Q/A, system management and assistance, and so on. In addition, some application examples are presented.Since the platform was put into practice, the maintainance of network operation has been standardized and automized, which improves the quality of the overall maintainance work and enhances the professional skills of the staff within the system. The prominence of this system lies on its strong stability, all-round satisfaction of business demands, and the high consistency and normalization of problem-solving.
