With the advent of the laser in the20th century, it had a broad impacton human life and were widely used in latest scientific and technologicalresearch. All-solid-state tunable pulsed Ti:sapphire laser has a lot ofapplications in the field of biomedical imaging, diagnosis and so onbecause its widely tunable range.The main contents of this paper include:(1)It described the basic part of all-solid-state tunable pulsedTi:sapphire laser. It also selected a suitable structure of the pumpingsource and resonator structure according to the system requirements andit had a detailed description about the pumping source. This paperprovided a study basis for the future study of all-solid-state tunablepulsed Ti:sapphire laser system.(2)This paper detailed enumerate the optical drawings and mechanicaldrawings of every components of the system and it selected the criticalcomponents in accordance with the optical path drawings and system requirements. This paper detailed recorded the debugging process of thesystem and it provided a reference of studying and debuggingall-solid-state tunable pulsed Ti:sapphire laser.(3)This paper studied the stability of for all solid tunable pulseTi:sapphire laser and identified several factors that affect the stability ofthe system, such as the damage of the45°mirror lenses of the pumpingsource, the damage of the broadband mirror lens and so on. This paperalso analyzed the problem and determined the solutions to them. Theseprocesses improved the stability and reliability of all-solid-state tunablepulsed Ti:sapphire laser system.(4)This paper analyzed the result of the all-solid-state tunable pulsedTi:sapphire laser system. This method accomplished tunable output of allsolid-state tunable pulsed Ti:sapphire laser by modifying the reflectionangle of the back mirror. We investigated the relationship between thepower of the pumping laser and the all solid-state tunable pulsed Ti:sapphire laser by changing the power of the pumping source. Theseworks provide a valuable reference and basis for the future of this field.This paper presented a design of broadly all solid-state tunable pulsedTi:sapphire laser with high power and stable performance according tothe analysis of the structure of the pumping source and resonant cavity.The laser was pumped by custom-made Nd:YAG Q-switch pulsed laserwhich had water cooling system and amplified by two stage amplifier.The output of the laser was66mW (pulsed energy),740nm(central wavelength),1HZ(pulsed frequency),2ns(pulsed width)when the total power of the pumping source and amplifier stage reached293mW and the frequency is1HZ.
