With enterprise’s informatization management becoming a developing tendency,more and more R&D department by sustaining developing and leading-in kinds of PDMsystems improve the enterprise oneself’s informatization management level. Acording tothe statistics, the results of systems developing have all a certain deviation from therequirement target. How to do requirement deviation? It is the user system developingproject master’s in-normalization of requirement developing and managing, therequirement handed in being vague, no feasibility and frequently changing, that bringsabout the deviation from requirement target to developed result.As a result, this paper wants to build a user-oriented flexibility PDM system developproject requirement model, to solve the problem, lead the enterprise’s requirementdeveloping, make sure requirement consistency and develop meeting the enterpriserequirement flexibility PDM system.This paper’s train of thought: turning to OPM3and CMMI for guidance, employingthe method of PMBOK process, by researching the mold enterprise systems developingpractises, integrated that studies, it is PMBOK6σ and CMMI’s technique and tools, andflexibility system appraising and researching related research findings, building theflexibility requirement model of PDM system project mold enterprise-oriented, for leadingthe practice of mold enterprise system development. And then, lead the built model intomy enterprise plastic mold designing’s PDM system developing project requirementmanagement, to demonstrate and test the model.
