In the recent years, with rapid pace of the socio-economic development and theimprovement in living standards of people, the pursuit for the healthy of people continuouslyincreases, and the government also enhances inputs on medical insurance. In this case, themedical career booming and the medical immunoassay market space is huge, more and morehigh-tech are applied for the design and production process of the medical devices. Usinghigh-performance embedded systems to improve the accuracy and speed of the medicaltesting equipmenthas becomes the consensus of the medical equipment designers. By usingembedded system, the existing functionality and performance of a variety of medicalinstruments are able to obtain a certain level of improvement.In fact, the project described in this paper, applied several technological innovations,such as dynamic laser scanning technology, optical signal amplification technology, etc.Although these technologies are in the optical system and circuit control system, it is notimportant to the software, but as a technical support role, it provides more accurate originaldata for our application system. We calculated the data from the optical system,optimization algorithm and the original data we collected, making the results of our tests moredesirable, this is also very important for the system.First of all, we have to understand the knowledge about embedded systems andimmunoassay, and then konw something about how does microplate reader works, do thebusiness requirements analysis of the medical immunoassay microplate reader applicationsystem, and analyse the functional requirements of the system.according to the businessneeds we collected, divide the system into four functional modules. By comparing the several popular embedded operating system in this industry, select the systems and build thedevelopment environment based on hardware features. Design and implementation of theapplication system,and get the experimental data on laboratory tests and clinical applications.Different projects have different algorithm, we use these data and algorithms to calculatethe results. For each test, we constantly debugging the parameters and algorithms to improvethe accuracy of the test results, this is very important.The success of the project to the last of the R&D, we collect customer feedback,summary of the deficiencies in the project, and puts forward the direction of furtherimprovements.The software combines two popular techniques of the immune detection technology andembedded technology, selected according to their own hardware features WinCE operatingsystems, embedded microplate reader miniaturization. For microplate according to theembedded software development characteristics, together with the chip-mounting-module,system-settings-module, test-module and results-reporting-module features the applicationsoftware, the medical staff to improve work efficiency. The project eventually successfullydeveloped and put into production, medical immunoassay market accounting for certaincomponents of the market. Success of the project development, conducive to theimmunoassay technique to reduce the pressure on the detection of large hospitals, smallhospitals, community clinics, rural medical point, and the popularity of individual familiesand also provide stronger support for health-care workers to patients diagnosis.After the project is successfully developed, we collected feedback from customers,summed up the shortcomings in the project, and have put forward the direction of furtherimprovements.The software combines two popular techniques of the immune detection technology andembedded technology, selected according to their own hardware features WinCE operatingsystem, miniaturized embedded immune detection microplate reader.According to thecharacteristics of embedded application software development, The application softwareconsists of four modules: chip installed modules, system settings module, test module andresults reporting module,it allows medical staff to improve work efficiency.The success ofthis project, is conducive to the popularity of immunoassay technology in small andmedium-sized hospitals, community clinics, rural medical points and individual families toreduce the pressure of the big hospitals, to provide more effective support for medicalworkers.
