The coal is the important strategic resource, and it accounts for about70%in ourcountry’s primary energy consumptions. But, In coal mine safety production, China’s coalmines accidents, casualties large. The reason for this phenomenon, one hand is that thecharacteristics of China’s coal mine widely distributed, many participants, which caused therelative concentration of security risks; the other hand, After the accident, the trappedpeople can not be effectively rescued that is greater reason for Large casualties, theresearch of the rescue equipment far behind the developed country, leaded to rescueequipment is relatively backward.For this situatio n, The topics to mine emergency rescuefor the background, and design a system, achieved a real-time interactive visualization ofmultimedia rescue command and control, which is used to the underground and surfaceinformation communication. This system integrate many developed technology, such asnetwork communication technology, multimedia technology, computer technology and soon, make voice duplex communication and video simplex transmission between the rescuepeople and command people come true.In order to make the rescue workers to focus more on the recuse work, the topics makeuse of the wi-fi as the extension of the short-distance communication, and design areal-time multimedia telecommunications systems while depended on the SDSL telephonetwisted pair backbone networking, achieved fast network. In the whole system, the mainwork of this author is the transmission of video signals and monitor terminal softwaresystem design and implementation, to achieve the video,display a variety of gas parameters,as well as the receiving and sending of voice.in the network transmission, in order to solvethe problem of the real-time emergency communications,and combined with thefragmentation mechanism of RTP,giving the RTP packetization algorithm for MPEG-4video streams and transmission models of design on the RFC3016standard, and thenetwork interface programming using WinSock, on the PC monitoring software, the paperuse the DirectShow technology to build the monitoring terminal software framework, andgive a overall structure of the monitoring terminal software,and then, in which the sourcefilter used in the network for receive, and MPEG-4decoding filter design as the focus of design, and finally complete the construction of the filter graph manager, and network toreceive and playback.the system in the VS2005platform by the MFC framework the designof the monitoring software.The mine emergency rescue system which referred in this paper, to achieve real-timetransmission and display of multimedia data to be tested through simulated coal minetunnel environment for wireless transmission. Wireless transmission range of10-20mbasically meet the requirements of multimedia real-time transmission. Certain guidingsignificance for the entire mine emergency rescue.
