Therefore, it is very important that exerting the science andtechnology to realize the data internet, setting up the system of the surcharge checking networksin the speedway in Shanxi province, strengthening the force of executing the law, advancing thework efficiency of the surcharge checking, and realizing the science administering.In my system, a four-class surcharge checking network flat involving the center ofprovince speedway network, the center of a section of a highway, administering place and thesurcharge checking stations has been founded. Using the covering with the whole provincespeedway communications web and charge system web, the Internet of the surchargechecking stations in speedway can be realized. The surcharge checking computers have beenjointed to the charge web of toll stations, and the checking data had been transmitted to thestation server via Ethernet and stocked in the station server with an absolute data-base andtransmitted to the superior administering institution through the charge network. Consideringthe analysis and managing of many checking data need depend on the speedway charge data,so the system truss has been carved up two-class in the lay of data processing. Mixing modeof the part of the system software has been constituted adopting B/S (Browser/Serverframework) and C/S (Client/Server). Center software system had been constructed adoptingBS mode, and can at one time provide the operation service to all levels user. Thereby theinformation managing database system of he surcharge checking in the whole speedway andthe checking system of the overtake vehicle in speedway have been established. The networkinspecting system of the checking stations in the whole province, the system of the queryingand delivering the blacklist, the function of the society informing and report managing, theservice flat of transferring the information have been worked up.The managing mode of the manpower single station has been changed, the work efficiencyhas been advanced, the tendency of the overtake vehicle has been efficiently keep within limits,the service level has been improved and the road investment has been protected after the systemof the surcharge checking network in the speedway of Shanxi province had been set up.
