Research On The Supervision Measures Of Variety Show Under The Background Of Linkage Between Television And Network

Under the background of the rapid development of media convergence,the linkage between the television and Internet has gradually become a popular concept and operation mode in the television and Internet market,and has become one of the important characteristics of the development trend of the all-media era.The emergence and development of the linkage between the television and Internet phenomenon has changed the traditional way of production,broadcasting and publicity of variety shows in China,and promoted variety shows to present a prosperous situation of diversified development.However,there are both opportunities and challenges.Under the linkage between the television and Internet,China's variety shows are booming,but there are also many problems:First,the phenomenon of pan-entertainment intensified,the program vulgarization;Second,program type homogenization and lack of innovation;Third,the phenomenon of frequent infringement violations,the development of the industry is hindered.How to effectively supervise variety shows has become a realistic and urgent problem.Variety shows,as a form of entertainment aimed at mass communication,not only meet the audience's entertainment needs,but also affect the audience's value perception and behavior tendency,shoulder the mission of communication education and social responsibility,and should be subject to the supervision and management of the state regulatory authorities.Since the emergence of variety shows,China's regulatory authorities with the state Administration of Radio,Film and Television as the core have issued a series of administrative normative documents to rectify the disorder of variety shows and regulate and guide the healthy development of variety shows,which provides a good example for the study of the regulation of variety shows.Therefore,this study through literature analysis,case analysis,the text analysis,refer to the related literature,collected between 1999 and 2019,the state administration of radio,film and in 20 years in view of the variety show regulation issued a policy document,to sum up out our country the variety show the evolution course of regulation,regulatory scope and content,and combined with case analysis the reason of the policy and implementation effect,reflect on variety shows the problems existing in the regulation of our country.On this basis,combined with the development status of Variety shows in China,feasible regulatory measures are proposed from the three main levels of government regulation,industry self-discipline and social co-governance,so as to provide Suggestions for Chinese regulatory authorities to build a more perfect and effective regulatory system for variety shows.It has certain practical guiding significance for improving the regulatory effectiveness of China's variety shows,in order to solve many problems of variety shows under the linkage between the television and Internet,through the improvement of regulatory measures,so as to promote the coordinated and sustainable development of China's variety shows.
