Research And Design Of The Digital Campus Information Platform

The rapid development of computer technology, software technology and internet bring hardwareassurance and technological support. However, colleges and universities at home abroad face to manyproblems, such as the constant upgrading and renewing of the hardware, software and internet construction,repetition and non-sharing of mostly professional work system data in colleges and universities. In order tosolve informationalized problem of colleges and universities at present, combined with project of “thedigital campus information platform construction of Chang’an University”, the research and developmentof the internet platform, the database platform the and application platform of Chang’an University arerealized.Regarded construction and research of the digital campus information platform of colleges anduniversities as core problem, system plan, strategy, mode, safety measure, problem and countermeasure ofconstruction of the digital campus information platform are deeply studied. Taking digital campusconstruction of Chang’an University as research object, plan design and realization of digital campusconstruction of colleges and universities are discussed from point of view of professional technology andprofessional work, the whole necessity of digital campus construction is analyzed, the concept, constructionprinciple and construction object, etc. of digital campus construction are illustrated. Combined practicaldemand of digital campus construction with objective development situation for Chang’an University,integration of digital campus platform construction, including information platform construction, unifiedidentity authentication platform construction, data central construction and existing professional worksystem are described in detail.Through practical experience of implementing process of construction project of Chang’anUniversity, implementing process of digital campus construction project of Chang’an University isreviewed. Realization process is introduced from aspect of comprehensive information portal system,unified identity authentication, campus data central and internet safety, et al. Combined with experienceand achievement of digital campus construction of colleges and universities nowadays, plan design andrealization method of digital campus construction are summarized,“student ID, job number, branch serialnumber and coding standard of Chang’an University” is worked out. According to practical state,educational administration system, postgraduate student system, office system, finance system, library system, one card solution system and learning industrial production system of Chang’an University areintegrated with different ways. Building of information platform realizes data sharing and exchange amongprofessional work system of each branch, eliminates information isolation of each branch andnon-interviewing of internal resource by outside University user so that digital campus construction projectof Chang’an University can be understood in further.
