Study On The Design Of WIP Management System For Engineering Machinery Hydraulic Fittings

With the rapid development of construction machinery industry, hydraulic pipe fittingsas important components have also been a rapid development. In order to improve thehydraulic engineering machinery fittings market competitiveness of enterprises, it has beenmust grasp the real-time dynamic production. Work-in-process as an important form ofproduct exists in all aspects of the production process. We can grasp the productioninformation with the effective management of the WIP tracking, inventory and quality, so thatenterprises can remain invincible in the industry. Therefore, combining with the product statusof the Yanzhou Jincheng Hongda limited liability companies, this dissertation has donein-depth analysis and research about the product management system. The contents of thisstudy are summarized as follows:（1）This dissertation presents the use of group technology to formulate the method ofconstruction machinery hydraulic pipe routings. Through the analysis of the structure ofenterprise products and process, the products have been divided into groups determined by aninstance of the process route.（2）Based on WIP tracking process of the products documentary and parts transferdocument and process transfer process of products documentary and Process transferdocuments. The smooth production has been ensured through the above process in thisdissertation.（3）On the basis of analyzing the WIP inventory quantity of different productionmethods, the establishment of inventory management model to can overcome the poor impactprocess between production for inventory.（4）According to the model of production and utilization of low-volume, multi-speciescontrol chart to control WIP process quality. In order to lay the foundation for the calculationof WIP process capability, the calculation procedure of process capability index has been putforward, and the model which is the relationship between the process capability index and thenon-conforming product has been established.（5）Design each of functional system and database, uses Delphi、SQL database toachieve increase, delete, modify and query, and the various types of production report hasbeen automatic generated.
