Public Opinion Supervision Management System Design And Implementation Of Network

With the development of China’s information technology, the popularity using theInternet is rapidly growing in our country. According the statics at the end of June2012,the number of China’s Internet users has reached538million, accounting for one fifth ofthe world’s Internet users. How effective monitoring network public opinion and how toenhance the detection capabilities of the Internet public opinion is something thatgovernment needs to pay attention. In this paper, an effective, precise and practicalNetwork Public Opinion Monitoring System which based on the Windows platform andApache server has been built.The Concealment and extensive features of the Internet public opinion limit itsapplications, as well as network monitoring public opinion need higher requirements.This paper focuses on the design and implementation of the network public opinionsupervision and management system in order to improve the application of the relevanttechnologies. In this system, we use the public opinion collection, public opinionanalysis and tracking, inclination of emotions and public warning system technologiesto meet the demands of the client.This article design and implement the following content:(1) Through the analyzing the demand for network public opinion, building theoverall architecture of the network public opinion supervision and management system.We take the effective methods to solve the problem of structural design and systemprocess flow. Its rationality and effectiveness has been proven.(2) Combining the current domestic and foreign technology, optimization analysisof the information collection, information processing, topic detection, informationanalysis module design and implementation of network public opinion in theimplementation process of the system, respectively. This public opinion monitoringsystem has practical significance.(3) In terms of topics found technology, the text mining clustering algorithmtechnology has been improved, and this improvement is verified by an example in a certain extent that show the topics found has got more accuracy and efficiency.
