Along with the rapid development of Internet technology and the increasingpopularity of network application, people’s work, study and life has gradually tied to theInternet. The management way of artificialization and half informationization more andmore can’t meet the agencies and enterprise management requirements, the informationmanagement mode with its efficient, convenient, reliable and many otheradvantages widely used in the field of management.Scientific research awards are still in artificial management data at present stage,management efficiency is low, management quality is not high, the data is difficult toeffective sorting and accumulation, business processing flow is relatively complex anderror-prone. Based on the present situation of the scientific research award management,this thesis designs and realizes a information scientific research reward managementplatform which function is all ready, easy maintenance and easy to expand.The thesis first to do a thorough study on the status of scientific research award datamanagement and reward business processing, careful introduce the reward managementplatform involves to the related technical knowledge and careful analysis of the platformto the level of the relationship between each user, the basic function of realization and thebusiness process processing rules. On this basis, design the system structure ofbrowser/server structure, system development framework of SSH framework, the schemeof data and display separation based on jQuery, JSON, Ajax asynchronous communicationand the business process control plan based on the state machine, and detailed descriptionof the data storage structure and the bottom of the system interface. Finally using SHHframework based on Java EE developed the specific scientific research rewardmanagement platform. By test, each function of the platform is running normally, and theperformance is good. The wide use of asynchronous data communication and the flexibleuse of state machine greatly improve the efficiency of scientific research rewardmanagement platform, enhance the user experience effect and very good realized theinformationization of data management and business online processing.
