Integration Of Control And Information Net Data

With the development of information and internet in coal industry, various automatic control systems, such as production and safety monitor systems, are being constructed in process of coal production, and they are playing a role in practice. However, these enclosed and incompatible automatic monitor systems contribute to a number of isolated information islands.This paper realizes the connection between information net and control net through the planning of the whole net, the analysis of information net and control net, the design of the component interconnection interface, and backstage database connection with the help of TCP/IP agreement and extension. Then the data of the control net can be monitored through information net.Through internet/intranet, online exhibition of current information in coal safety system and dynamic demonstration of data effect on browsers by means of visible NET module, safety index can be monitored. This paper introduces the core of the monitor system in detail--the design and practice of applied server. With unified data management, double systems--page and data service, and perfect monitor page, this system are characterized by flexible structure, high maintainability and convenient installment.
