Research On The Design Of Performance Training System To Salesman In Pharmaceutical Enterprise

Pharmaceutical salesman, an important part in pharmaceutical enterprise, ismisunderstood and disputed, so it is a significant link of ameliorating professionalimage and improving comprehensive quality of pharmaceutical salesman. Training, as astrategic decision of enterprise, is a vital means to promote the ability of thepharmaceutical salesman, however, the implementation process is not ideal. As a result,designing performance training system is the necessary way, which will make thepharmaceutical enterprise be more competitive and form a learning organization in it.The development of performance technology nudges the enterprise training into amore strategic world. For the training problems in pharmaceutical enterprise, theresearch finds the deficiencies in current training system and the network training needsand requirements, through the method of the literature research, the in-depth interviewand the survey. By the analysis and design training process, which is based on theperformance technology, the research puts forward "the design system of theperformance training system", which mainly includes the analysis of pharmaceuticalsalesman, analyzing the training needs, the analysis and design of the training goal, andcontent, and designing the training mode and method.In view of rapid development of the network related technology and the rise ofonline training, this research designs a performance training on the network platform onthe basis of "the design system of the performance training system". The design processof the network performance training platform is as follows: The first is the constructionof "support and service system of performance training on network", with thefoundation of the design theory and the design idea of network platform, and theadvantage of network. The second is the design of " the model on network performancetraining ",which is based on the support and service system, and the reference ofnetwork training standards of ISO10015, the improved model of performance technology, IEEE1484framework and SCORM model. The third is the analysis of themain function of platform modules and the key software technology, and the design ofsome platforms.
