With the continuous improvement of domestic medical level and the rapid development of medical treatment and medicine,the national health level is constantly improving.However,with the boom in the pharmaceutical market,the phenomenon of unreasonable drug use is becoming more and more severe.How to control the rational use of drugs in the whole industry through technical means? BY pharmaceutical company starts to establish a perfect platform.Firstly,the data involved should be brought into the monitoring scope of the platform as far as possible to control the execution of the pharmaceutical business through the platform.Secondly,through the analysis of the data,the rationality of the existence of the data in the whole chain and the normalization of its use are found.However,as the data involved in medicine is getting larger and larger,ordinary business systems can no longer support the collection,storage and analysis of data.Therefore,BY company plans to establish a medical big data platform synchronized with the business.On the one hand,it supports the daily business and improves the efficiency of business execution.On the one hand,by means of technical analysis in the aspect of big data,it analyzes the behavior of rational drug use,and then standardizes the relevant pharmaceutical market to provide data support for the company's strategy.This paper studies the development and management of big data platform of BY company,and how to improve the management level and ability of medical big data project.Combined with the system project management theory and the actual situation of BY pharmaceutical company,this paper makes use of my personal participation in the project team to study the project design scheme,management strategy,plan and problems existing in the project implementation,and comes up with methods to improve the development and management ability of the pharmaceutical big data platform.
