Along with the computer network, communication and automatic controltechnology applied in various industries in a wide range of applications, informationsystems in the enterprise management and social economic life plays an increasinglyimportant role, especially the application of city gas industry is developing veryrapidly, Taixing natural gas vehicle filling station SCADA system is the constructionof the city gas enterprises the important application of informatization.In order to improve the environmental quality of Taixing City, motor vehicleexhaust pollution control, the vehicle’s fuel to natural gas as a clean energy source. Inorder to ensure the natural gas vehicle filling stations running safely and stable supply,improve the supply management modernization level, there is an urgent need to buildefficient, intelligent SCADA system for production process of unified dispatching andoperation management. The SCADA system not only for natural gas vehicle fillingstation safe production to provide strong technical support, but also for the natural gasvehicle filling stations optimization, fault analysis, assistant decision-making providescientific basis. The application of SCADA system, to improve the natural gas vehiclefilling stations operating reliability, safety, reduce the burden of dispatcher, realize gasdispatching automation and modernization, on Taixing natural gas vehicle fillingstations to achieve" unified management, unified scheduling, production safety,efficient service, information sharing" in the construction and operation of the targetplays an important effect of.This article from the Taixing natural gas station to use current situation,combined with computer technology, communication technology and automaticcontrol technology, through the analysis and comparison of domestic and internationalgas industry SCADA application system development and current situation, putforward Taixing natural gas vehicle filling station SCADA system design program, thecompletion of system development, and introduces the hardware composition and thefunction of software. The system has the General Dispatching Control Center (MCC),remote terminal station (RTU), the communication system is composed of three parts,the design of configuration software for industrial automation field equipmentsoperation in real time monitoring and control. The system has its own diagnosis,server redundancy, PLC system on-site control function and DCS system for information sharing and communication ability, software for data collection andanalysis, equipment control, measurement, parameter adjustment and a variety ofsignal alarm and other functions. In order to ensure the stability and reliability ofcommunication system, adopts the wired DDN line, wireless GPRS as a backupcommunication system, is advantageous for the enterprise to establish comprehensiveinformation platform, realize the data sharing and unified information intelligentmanagement, finally summarizes the Taixing natural gas filling station SCADAsystem construction experience, and looks forward to the future developmentdirection.
