It contains four modules, they are fundamental information management, approvalcirculation management and system management. This system uses the Microsoft.NET as adevelopment platform. Based on the ASP. NET technology and Browser/Server three-tierarchitecture, the system has good maintainability and repeatability; it also make the codeeasier to manage by using. NET Framework. Taking into account the scalability and securityof the system, IIS application server is used to offering servicing requests for static pages.The PTR management system has run successfully, it can be exploited as its goal. Theuse of this system shows the management technology of PTR training develops intoautomation and informatization. It has the advantages of enhancing working efficiency andimproving the management and will make the management high effect, normal and scientific.
