With the development of domestic power industry, Electric-PowerCommunication-Network becomes more and more complex. While more and moremodern digital substations are established, a great number of secondary equipmentsare connected in to the special power communication networks. All of electricalinformation should be exchange among the dispatching center, digital equipments andsensors/actuator. Effective transmission control is necessary for reliable bidirectionalelectric power communication network. Management methods generally rely onnon-automated. Most records are written in the paper-based system, the efficiency isextremely low. Now, researching of the routing model for network data is still small,most company’s front-line operators and maintenance personnel choose the routeartificially based on years of work experience and Infrastructure planning. Subjectivedecisions based on experience are not only extremely inefficient and error probability.With the further deepening of the smart grid, and the institutional transformation of“the three sets of five major” and new scheduling procedures generate, it is an urgentneed for Electric-Power Communication-Network System to build astate-of-information management systems and targeted research data routing selectionmethod.Because of Electric-Power Communication-Network device informationmanagement is lagging behind and inefficient status, this paper presents the basicinformation management system based on advanced Internet of Things technology,handheld client in a long-distance on HF/UHF RFID technology, multi-tagrecognizing the device information at the same time. Through the WAN, thePower-Local-Area-Network or mobile network, those information is real-timetransmitted and aggregated into the stable database system based on cloud computingcore room, and provide accurate basic data and information for the Expert Systemdesigned as below.Based on typical expert systems, and their applicability on business routing forElectric-Power Communication-Network, a reasonable model is designed for quicklyfinding the most optimize of routing path, summarizing a variety of impact factorbased on actual production experience, using combination of the shortest path and production expert systems. Finally, based on this model, a set of auxiliary production“Intelligent Electric-Power Communication-Network Routing Analysis AssistedSystem” is developed as supporting system to current routing decision.
