Along with the development of space technologies, space missionsare increasingly high requirement on the system reliability andperformance. How to improve the reliability and performance of on-boardcomputer has become an important problem in space research.Firstly, we analyze the structure of several common on-board faulttolerance computer systems in this paper, and then we present a flexible,DSP based, high-performance system. This system could dynamicallyadapt the system’s level of redundancy according to varying radiationlevels. We propose the compare-point and fast recovery mechanism toimprove system performance. The system makes use of the compare-pointmechanism for synchronization. And the parallel model is designed forsystem, makes the system performance have great improvement.At last, we evaluate the performance of system and analyze the resultsin this paper. By the running of the correlation function benchmark in thissystem, we show that our system provides higher performance under thepremise of ensuring reliability.
