As the continuous development of our country's space technology, the aerospace missions become more complex. And they place stronger demands on the reliability and performance of on-board computer systems. How to effectively improve the reliability and performance of on-board computer security becomes an important issue in the field of aerospace. We first studied the theories and techniques of system reliability. And then we provided a detailed analysis and comparison of several common on-board fault-tolerant computer architectures. On this basis, we present a triple modular redundant on-board computer system which is based on the software-voting. It is composed of three isomorphic nodes. The three nodes could communicate through the data links, and export the right output. Finally, we simulated the system on FPGA and built its dynamic fault tree model. And the analysis results show that it could meet the high reliability requirements of on-board computer system. In this paper, we introduce a two-stage synchronous mode to make all redundant modules synchronization. It can improve the performance of the system synchronization. Besides, the failure assessment mechanism is introduced to assess the failure conditions of each node in the design. The comprehensive assessment could be used to accurately evaluate the failure condition of each node. It could make the outputs more reliable and improves the reliability of the on-board computer system.
