The teacher working in the Information Age have to face with the situation that the knowledge grows sharply. On one hand, they must learn morn and morn "the subject knowledge" to teach the students; On another hand, they should renovate "the Pedagogical Content Knowledge" to improve the teaching effect and cut down the teaching cost. At present more and more research have proved that the Pedagogical Content Knowledge will own bigger percentage in the knowledge frame of the excellent teacher. This is a kind of tacit knowledge having obvious practicality, scene as well as personality.But, up to the present, we haven't given enough attention and done enough research when the tacit knowledge be used in the field of teacher training, just have some breakthrough in the domain of enterprise knowledge management.So this dissertation focuses on the relationship between the transferring of tacit knowledge and the teachers' training; how to use this kind of transferring to professionalize those younger teachers.Based on the issues above, this dissertation involves these chapters:Chapter One introduces the background and the value of this study topic, also including the content of the study, as well as the paper structure, so unfolds the general picture of this research.Chapter Two inquires about the origin and the elementary theory of tacit knowledge, studies its application in enterprise; Researches the Theory of Teachers' Knowledge Structure; Analysis the character of Pedagogical Content Knowledge, and then unifies the " Vicarious Reinforcement Theory" and the instructing video recording.Chapter Three discriminates the difference between the excellent teacher and the younger teacher; Investigates the teachers working in middle school about the form and effect of the training when they just begin to work, so that collect the first-hand material of "teacher training".Chapter Four summarizes the ways for teacher to obtain tacit knowledge; considers the function of video recording in the process of tacit knowledge transferring.Chapter Five designs a platform based on campus web used to transfer the tacit knowledge, then foresees the perspective and advance space of the research platform.Chapter Six is a summary of the whole dissertation.
