In the Twenty-first century, humanity has entered the information age, and informationdissemination can not do without "inspect" and "listen", and "listen" is inseparable from theelectro-acoustic devices. As the rapid development of the science and technology and theeconomic, digital technology and computer technology has also been rapid development.Along with the rise of digital measurement techniques, gradually changing the deficiencies ofthe traditional analog measuring instruments, for example, expensive, slow, input and outputinterface is unfriendly manner and so on. In the article, the virtual testing equipment ofWindows-based operating system is based on computer powerful data analysis and processingof technology. The system can be in a very short period of time to detect electro-acousticproducts, SPL frequency response curve, impedance of the frequency curve and resonantfrequency, sensitivity, polarity, the total quality factor and other parameters, and can be widelyused as quality Inspection and quality control in speakers and other electro-acoustic products.The main research content of this article is software design and implementation ofelectro-acoustic products for the rapid detection system, but any inspection system should bebased on appropriate theoretical knowledge-based, so the article at first has been analyzed therelated theories of electro-acoustic measurement systems, such as transient problems, theinstability of the signal and the common principles of time-frequency analysis methods; Atthe same time, making the harmonic distortion, intermodulation distortion, differencefrequency distortion and other issues of steady-state response analysised. Because this systemuses the rectangular window convolution interpolation algorithm for audio signalpreprocessing, so greatly improved the detection accuracy of the system.Secondly, this paper based on related theories electro-acoustic products proposed rapiddetection system’s overall design, and completed the electro-acoustic products designed forrapid detection system under the guidance of the program. Then, the article describes thedesign of hardware and software for system. Hardware design mainly aimed at detaileddescription of design principles, such as the main power supply module for measuringamplifier module and power amplifier module. System software design platform usedMicrosoft Visual Studio.NET2003, and development of language used C#and C++object-oriented language.C#.NET complete design of user interface. Playing and acquisitionfunctions of waveform data and measurement data analysis and processing functions usingVC++encapsulated as dynamic link library. Through the encapsulated dynamic link library toachieve the data transmission between C#and C++. The results representation adoptedmode combined programming of VS.NET and Measurement Studio. And make a detailed description for the main function module of this system, such as the serial module, equipmentmodule, port modules, calibration modules, stimulus module, acquisition module, analysismodule, limits module and interface design and functionality.Finally, having made the elementary function test for the design of the system softwarepart. Because this system is more complex, the subject has only completed the functionalstructure of the main software modules. In this paper, the software function modules havebeen completed for the functional testing. Test results show that, in line with the functionalstructure of the system software design. The next task is the development of auxiliaryfunctions for the system.
