| With the development of the society and the progress of science and technology，engineering machinery and construction technology also has a larger development. In thissituation, we have a higher request to the corresponding research. Construction machinerymultifunctional experimenting platform is a new type of construction machineryexperimenting equipment, which can realize the simulation experimental study of kinds ofconstruction machinery driving and work performance through hanging a variety of workdevice. Control system is the important part, comprehensive experimenting platform realizeall kinds of function and the human-computer interaction. This paper mainly do study on thecontrol system of the construction machinery multifunctional experimenting platform.The functional requirements of the construction machinery multifunctionalexperimenting platform are determined in the paper in based on analysis of the compositionstructure and work principle. The control modes are divided and the control system schemewas given. Based on the distribution of control system hardware structure, input and outputsignals of control system are analyzed. The pins are distributed and the wiring diagram iscompleted. According to the tasks of the MC6controller, with two kinds of typical modes ofsystem as the research object, the control scheme are determined, the control algorithm isgiven and the software is developed. The state monitoring and parameter designing based onMCGS software are designed, and the CAN communication agreement between the PC andMC6controller are formulated. The result of the control software simulation testing showedthat the control system function is correct and met the basic goals. |
