With the rapid growth of Internet information, search engines are becoming more andmore important, thus making more and more malicious software select search engines tospread. By studying the malware’s diffusion through search engines in the network,building a multi-agent simulation model. Aiming at the results of simulation, proposingsome reference control strategy.First of all, this paper based on the users who click sites through the search engine, hostshow in the malicious software diffusion process by different states, the host complexnetwork is divided into five types: permanent immune host, permanent infection, easyinfection host, host temporarily infection host, temporarily immune host. According to thehost state change process and state change influence factors, the list of the different statechange host mathematical formulas.Then, the paper will be complicated network technology and the multi-agent combined,according to article in mathematical formula, what design the malicious software in thecomplex network transmission of the multi-agent simulation model. The model usesscale-free network for research environment to analyze the influence the spread ofmalicious software related factors through discuss the number of permanent immune hosts,the number of permanent malicious hosts, malware infection rates, the learning ability andresistance of the host, malicious software evolution ability, malicious software mode oftransmission, the spread of malicious software, and the user’s ability to "reputation" effect,etc.The third, according to the spread of malicious software simulation results and sensitivityanalysis, we found that the number of host permanent immune, host learning ability tocontrol the spread of malicious software has the positive correlation. The number ofPermanent malicious hosts, malware evolution ability, malicious software’s rate of spread and the user’s "reputation" effect to control the spread of malicious software has thepositive correlation. The malicious software’s mode transmission has the certain effect onthe diffusion of malicious software.Finally, according to the interests of the malicious software, simulation results and chainsensitivity analysis, the article proposes some effective methods which contain malicioussoftware diffusion. Mainly from the government, the website, law, users, and othercomprehensive consideration: the government would improve the supervision role; thewebsite should increase the number of large sites and industry self-regulation; legalaspects can formulate well-developed laws and regulations; users should develop goodonline habits to improve host immunity.
