Identify card (ID card) has been upgraded from generation one to generation two,using integrated circuit card technology. It has been widely used in the financial,transportation, insurance and many other industries because of the advantages, such aslarge amount of information, quick operation, strong anti-jamming, accurately and safe,etc. Along with the gradual increase card information, such as bank information, criminalrecord, fingerprints and so on, it will permeate every aspect of our lives.Because ID reader used the radio frequency identification devices (RFID) technologyaccording with both the international standard ISO14443typeB and the ISO14443typeAagreement, so it can also read other kinds of cards like staff card except ID card. TheISO14443agreement used13.56MHz signal for the carrier frequency at a close readingrange. In order to adapt to the use of different occasions, such as storage, ticketinformation, rent information, reader also designed the attach information’s collection andprocessing, which makes the reader more flexible.The reader designed a special file to store collected information. User interfacemodule is implemented by software running at WINCE system. Through the cooperationof PC and the reader, the system implemented many data operations at the basis of storagesuch as data export, interaction with browser, etc. Information collection and processingsystem is composed of hardware and software. It has implemented many kinds ofapplications.
