With the development of China’s industrial automation, industrial remote controlsystem completed interconnection and control between the equipment of the businessscope and the of production workshop (line). However, the huge production run systemsneed to maintain. With the expansion of business scale, the reduction of the productionline maintenance cost is even more urgent. Production enterprise and scientific researchpersonnel have realized that, only on the basis of the interrelation between equipmentand equipment in the existing industrial remote control system, it is to achieve theinterrelation and interaction within the equipment maintenance personnel, productionscheduling personnel and industrial networks that we can more effectively reduce themaintenance cost of a production line, reduce fault time, expand the processmanagement and maintenance space dimension to further improve the process industryautomation level and improve the efficiency of the industrial remote control system.This design deeply analyzed the content networking core technology and the maincharacter for the problem of failure treatment lag existing in the traditional industrialremote control system, without information exchange between the fault equipment andmaintenance workers, and that can not be isolated the fault area, to put forward a newtype of industrial remote control system fusing the M2M technology. This paper, withthe applications background of the urban heating network operation control, completedthe city heating network monitoring and controlling system fusing the M2M technology.This system, with the transport layer the using mobile communication network and themanagement layer introducing the M2M logical business management techniquesmanagement business management technology M2M logic, Will perceive therecognition layer, the organic integration of network construction layer and serviceinformation layer, to achieve the Information interaction between the equipment anddevices, equipment and people. The contents of the paper include:1) A study of the Interrelated and interactive mode between human (equipment,maintenance workers and production scheduling manager) and material (equipment orproduction process) in the remote industrial control;2) A study of the acquisition unit engineering design of the new heating networkRFID data logging terminal based on the ISO14443TypeA using embedded technology; 3) A study and development of the information interactive software of human,equipment and process in the remote industrial control;4) A engineering design heating pipe network control based on the M2M,RFID_GSM technology;The internet of things technology has many advantages, for example, overallperception of Things technology, reliable delivery, intelligent computing, etc. So that itis a emerging hot spot for automation applications. This paper in focus described thehardware and software design of the industrial field RFID data acquisition controllerwith the integration of M2M technology; And it discussed the connection andinteraction mode between people and equipment, gave a detailed discussion of thesoftware development of the interactive and interrelation within equipment,technological process and human on the remote industrial control. This topic proposed anew thought of the integration of the industrial operation control and maintenance oftechnology, so that it can be used for electric power, petroleum, chemical,environmental monitoring and other industrial remote control field.
