With the continuous development of computer information technology andmanagement philosophy of continuous innovation, the digital office system, theability to achieve information exchange and sharing, collaborative work, and toassist the company management and decision-making, has gradually become a newmode of operation of enterprises and institutions.RongCheng YunJian company is a main business of the company on behalf ofVictoria and transport substation and line, and electricity production, servicecustomers are power plants, steel mills, coal mining enterprises, and cement plants,mostly high-energy,power requirements, and failure to be able to respond quickly. Inorder to meet the competitive market while meeting the development needs ofcompanies, RongCheng YunJian company decided to develop a new generation ofdigital office systems.System in the early stage of development, the company needs to do a fullinvestigation, a comprehensive understanding of functional requirements, and thusthe system can better adapt to the needs of the company. Established system goals,system implementation plan. Users can login with a different identity, and rightsmanagement to determine the logged-on user can carry various types of operationfor each module. This Hibernate access relational databases, office systems andbusiness systems integration. In the design of functional modules, the system designof the day-to-day management, attendance management, planning, auditing,management, staff management and communication management function modules.Detailed design, system functions based on use case analysis reveals that thesystem’s static view of the (system class diagram) and the system dynamic view(timing diagram). The system interface design fully solicit the views of employees,and strive to design easy to use and has an affinity for the interface.This paper first describes the background of the topic, as well as thedevelopment status of the OA system at home and abroad. This paper focuses on thesystem module, key technologies, database design. Program in accordance with theMVC pattern is divided into three core modules: model, view and controller. UsingJSP SERVLET three roles to complete the function of the system.
