The Study On The Data Center System Structure Of Social Insuarance

By establishing the municipal level data center platform of human resource andsocial security information system, to support the application to all scopes of socialinsurance businesses, and realize the information sharing and collaborationmanagement between businesses. By building the data management and informationexchange center beyond the provision and municipal, to achieve the whole processmonitor channel beyond the business service provided, and realize the transverseinformation exchange with cross functions, ultimately to provide solid technicalsupport to macro decision making, fund supervision and social public service. Toachieve this objective, the paper is designed and implemented with the data centerapplication system.The system is based on J2EE framework, adopted with SOA service structure tobuild the data centre application system. The data center structure includes two partswhich are the data center storage and division, data center software system. Per mypaper on the data center demand part, it describes the structure requirementspecifically on the production area, exchange area, and decision making area, andintroduces the function of the software implemented in data center. In terms of thesystem application, it describes the framework design on the data center and the setupof the database center. At the end, the paper mentions a bit on system deployment andthe system function testing. The approach of subject development is based on theRUP(Rational Unified Process), the popular practiced process today, to divide thedevelopment process into four sub-processes: Initial stage, specific stage, structurestage and implementation stage, and set the priorities for each stage. In initial stagefocus on the requirement research and analyze the work flow. During specific stage,the requirement finalized, analyze and design the work flow are the priorities, and inthe structure stage the key point is to realize the work flow. The last stage, theimplementation and testing work flow are the main goal, and in some case, themilestone of one stage may be coincident with the beginning of next stage.After the system kick-off, the system performance is quite good without anyabnormal issue happened. And the loading situation of the database server andapplication service is quite stable. Of course there’s some insignificant mistakeoccurred which could be fixed at once that overall no impact to the system’sperformance.
