As the rapid development of information technology,the rapid expansion of information volume has also brought about a sharp expansion of data volume.In the era of big data,data provides a strong decision-making basis for all walks of life.The increase in the amount of data is accompanied by the diversity of data sources and the diversification of data formats.Multiple data formats and multiple data processing systems put forward higher requirements.Therefore,data integration technology has become more important in the era of big data.In the field of taxation,the data submitted to the tax collection system reflects the development of the economy from another aspect.Similarly,the data received by the taxation side is also diversified,so data integration technology is needed to standardize the data.At present,the insurance companies have undertaken a large number of car tax collection and payment in the process of tax declaration and payment,Diversity of data formats due to inconsistent collection systems used by insurance companie,and data accuracy can not guaranteed because of lot of manual data entry,at the same time,because of the collection system method automatically generates the tax collection items,can not automatically fill in the taxpayer identification number,resulting in the collection and payment institutions are often unable to properly report.Aiming at the above problems,this system adopts the rules that can satisfy the data format of the tax declaration system,converts the data submitted by the various collection agencies into a unified data format by code,and at the same time,makes prompt for the wrong data,so that the data submission can be repaired in time.The idea of data integration is the basic guiding ideology of this thesis.In the early stage of the thesis writing work,the author referred to a large number of relevant literatures at home and abroad,and studied the basic ideas of data integration and successful application cases.Through research and study on how to use data integration ideas in China and internationally to carry out information construction more effectively,we fully understand the specific concepts and working ideas of data integration,and master the modeling method of data integration.In the research work of the thesis,through the establishment of the model of data acquisition,data processing,data conversion,and data output,the design and development of the “Development and Application of the Vehicle and Vessel Tax Data Conversion System for the Phase III Taxation and Taxation of Hechi District” was completed.The whole process is divided into three modules:theoretical argumentation,system development and test.In the process of application system development,mature programming language(C#)and stable development platform(.NET Framework platform)and SQLite database are adopted.The thesis systematically tests the actual tax return data,and the final data obtained can be directly applied to the vehicle and vessel tax declaration,and finally the system development can be applied to the actual purpose of taxation.
