Currently, using Project Cost Software in the Petroleum Industry has beenrelatively popular, but mainly applications are stay in the subsidiary company using,and can’ t share information in the full Co., Ltd.With the development of cloud technology, the Co., Ltd. build a unified softwareplatform is becoming a trend.This paper attempts to using the gradual maturity of technology, such as: PAAS,cloud storage and virtual desktop technology, and using object-oriented analysis anddesign methods, to rebuild the project cost software to meet all the Co., Ltd and itssubsidiary company’s requirement.The analysis and design work is divided into two steps: First step, stand in thebusiness point, analysis software platform stakeholders, business processes andbusiness objects (Domain Object Model), and bring out the system requirements; Thesecond step, using the use case model to define the requirement of the system; usingMDA conversion tool to transfer The Domain Object Model to the Java objects anddata model; Import code framework to JAVA object model; and transfer the Javaobject model into Java source code.The main results of the analysis and design are using modeling toolsEA(Enterprise Architect) described as following: business process, domain model, usecase model, JAVA class model, data model and JAVA source code.Using UML activity diagram to describe business process, it’s described commonPetroleum Industry cost management processes; Using UML class diagram todescribe the main entity in the field, use case model described the actor and use casediagram, and using EA prototype tool to describe the Graphic User Interface, to definethe system requirement so strictly; In JAVA model, import the code framework besidethe domain objects, data model are transferred from JAVA class model.Build the Project Cost Software Platform based on cloud technology, afford costmanagement service for all Co., Ltd and its subsidiary company, full shared theinformation and meet the personalized needs of the premise; And because centralizedthe build and maintenance, and platform itself has a strong scalability, the softwareplatform provide a good economic value, and also laid a good foundation for long-term development of the Project Cost Software Platform in the PetroleumIndustry.
