With the matures of cloud-based virtualization technology, users can host virtual applications,will be able to lower costs and better user experience. But it also brings many problems,including the issue of scalability, hardware and software maintenance, personal document the effective preservation, to prevent information security problems.Most importantly, the demand of Animation and film production tools for the resources of CPU, graphics performance, the quality of image quality is more and more strong, as well as the growing demand for resource sharing and collaborative work.In order to effectively solve the various problems faced by this paper through construct a cloud desktop platform of Animation-film producting, resources sharing and distributing based on computer, thin client, multimedia mobile phones, including build a extensible application and execution environment of 3DMAX, MAYA, and other animation production tools,integrating cloud desktop application services, production asset management system TACTIC and digital asset management system Razuna.Creating a new generation of cloud desktop platform of high availability, high cooperation.This design of the cloud desktop use VMware technology, server virtualization to provide massive computing power and flexible resource allocation mechanism, also greatly enhance the platform’s security and stability.Building a cloud infrastructure platform based on VMware View and vSphere with high-performance graphics which supporting GPU virtualization instead of the server for image processing,with exclusive or shared ways to meet different animation professionals’ demand for graphic display quality. The TACTIC is integrated in the cloud infrastructure platforms used for process management and task distribution,to meet the demand for collaborative work.The Razuna is integrated in the cloud infrastructure platforms used for massive animation material management,to meet the demand for resources sharing. In order to build a unified application platform, software platform,service platform for the users, the application execution environment is on the cloud, the users can enjoy the cloud service under the network environment, and the virtual cloud desktop are pushed to the users.The users can login on cloud desktop platform through the portal website and directly apply for virtual desktop according to the needs of the application and resources.At the same time,the users can be access to TACTIC to check out the task schedule, can be access to Razuna to download the required material in the applied cloud desktop.The design scheme described in this paper achieve the goal of using virtual desktop instead of traditional personal computer, the users can login on cloud platform through the portal website and enjoy the service of efficient collaborative manufacturing and resource sharing, relieved of the upgrades of hardware and software, the lack of personal computer’s performance and the security of personal information.
