In industrial production, communications, transportation, electricity, airport, city, district, a large number of key objectives such as pipes, lines, key equipment, which are widely distributed and of large correlation, will seriously affect the safety of industrial production and people's lives once the interruption or damage occurs. In order to ensure safety in production, many sectors have carried out inspection work and required to implement standardized management of the inspection work. Through standardized management, inspection personnel can improve the sense of responsibility, and remove safety hazards and take preventive measures. Now, there are already some inspection systems applied to some sectors, but these inspection systems are only for a certain company or a certain industry. When other companies or different sectors use inspection system, we must develop a new system. In order to implement a universal inspection system, to reduce duplication of development, to shorten the development time, here designed and implemented an inspection support system based on J2EE architecture, B/ S mode. Through research of inspection systems in different industries, we summarized their commonalities and found out their differences. The similarities are made as fixed module and different configurations can be achieved to meet different inspection requirements. The system can meet the needs in most inspection sectors and the second development can be achieved to meet the user's specific needs. This article stated the origin of the issue, presented the system design, introduced the composition of the system, the overall architecture and functional design in the background management subsystem, focusing on describing the system parameters to be configured to achieve different inspection systems. The system implemented staff management, equipment management, organization, rights management, logging in, route management and so on. In the realization of the background management subsystem, Struts2, Spring, Hibernate frameworks were used. The key technologies of this system are detailed later.
