According to the problem of the current financial management system mainlyfocused on custom development for enterprises, this paper designs and implements aSaaS model mass-oriented enterprise financial management system. The system usesStruts+Hibernate+Spring to build and merges the technology of iReport, virtual host.This system provides services to users by the B/S structure software. The paper’s mainwork is as follows:The system is divided into four modules: profit management, asset management,employees/payroll management, and reporting statistics. The first three modules analyzecorporate financial revenue and expenditure from different angles. And the reportstatistical module shows the records of the first three modules.The paper complete implements commodity trading process. From the goodsstorage processing to the final out of the library. The entire link is close combined withthe financial, and supports a variety of goods increase or reduce in one circulation ofcommodities.The paper implements the enterprise asset lifecycle management. When the assetsenter into the enterprises, their value can be continually evaluated. And allows the assetsconversion between the normal state and the favorite status. Finally, assets leave theenterprises after the bean sold.The paper implements a detailed profit statistical reports. Combine of all of thedetail records, aggregate statistics all commodity trading informations, asset tradinginformations and staff salary informations, and detailed display all records.The final written procedures in this paper, are passing the testing, and be able tosuccessfully deployed in SaaS end to run. The system provides the basic functions offinancial management, to meet the needs of corporate financial management.
