"Xi Wu" Railway Integrated Video Monitoring System Design

. Now video surveillance as a conventional video technology and moderncommunication technology combined with the application, is the guard ability system,is an important part of security system. As the railway running processes on safetyproduction monitor" eyes", video monitoring at home and abroad have attracted moreand more attention.In this paper, based on the tin black line, combined with the existing section(white line) of the actual situation, and the integrated video monitoring in otherordinary speed and passenger dedicated railway line was applied, on the line ofintegrated video monitoring system solutions were studied, in order to meet therequirements of safety production.The paper firstly analyzes the integrated video monitoring system networkfunction and system parameters and main equipment of the technical requirements,and then from the network and capacity prediction of network transmissionrequirement is discussed. In this paper, on the basis of detailed analysis of the line is abasic condition and as well as the construction of the line of the key and difficultproblems, put forward the tin black line integrated video monitoring systemconstruction to build a unified system architecture, network platform, video codingformat, transmission protocol and equipment technical requirements as constructionrules. On key parts adopt what monitoring program in detail discussed theclassification. For other projects of integrated video monitoring project constructionhas high reference value.
