Research On The Software Quality System Of HK Company

China’s accession to the WTO,for China’s software companies,is not only a challenge,butalso opportunities.The lack of awareness of quality management,the confusion ofdevelopment process and the low customer satisfaction become the bottleneck in thedevelopment of HK.It has seriously hampered the company’s development and growth.Based on the above background, the paper researched HK’s software qualitymanagement system, in order to enhance HK’s software quality management. The generalidea is analyzed the factors that affect the quality management system, and raised HKsoftware quality management system model according the factors affecting the company, andproposed specific measures and builded HK company’s software quality managementsystem.First,this article systematically discusses the theory of international and domesticresearch on quality management,and HK’s quality control problems.Secondly,This articlestudied the basic theory of software quality management,systems and methods,and analyzedand compared the CMM/CMMI,ISO9000quality standards.Then,combining thecharacteristics of HK’s quality management，this article established a workable，enforceablequality management models， including the organizational structure and corporateculture,process management,and technology management at three levels.The organizationalstructure and corporate culture is used to ensure the level of institutionalization of qualitymanagement.Software process management level is used to ensure the standardization ofquality management.Technology management level is used to ensure the standardizationof quality management.HK carried out quality improvement activities from multi-level andmulti-angle.These three levels of the organization in order to improve software qualitymanagement,together constitute the three elements of quality management.Finally，this articlestudied the countermeasures of the HK company’s quality management,including nationalpolicy and the enterprise’s own control,and software professionals through training to improvethe capacity and quality.
