Based On The LabVIEW FESTO Nine Standing Modular Production Line Monitoring And Control System Design

The lower position station between main station and slave station adopting PROFIBUS-DP protocol for data exchange and communication.Machine under the main responsible for coordinating the whole nine station system of operation, to save data in master station’s PLC storage unit which acquired from slave station. The main use of S7-300 PLC communication module connected with a CP343-1, the module and PC data transmission between the PC through the industrial Ethernet, LabVIEW with OPC Serve its own function to read the data of main station, achieve the purpose of monitoring the hypogyny machine production line.The communication between up station and lower position station using PROFIBUS-DP protocol with efficient transmission rate and stable work which is most often used in industrial field. Lower position machine and upper station communication between the industrial Ethernet in addition to the widely used in industrial field, also be used in corporate communications and industrial field.Today’s involving industrial production enterprise with the production environment to access the network connection. Through the upper machine and lower machine industrial Ethernet connection, you can directly in the enterprise management department to realize remote monitoring on site.
