The photoelectric tracking platform is the whole integrating optical, mechanical, electronic and computer applications, widely used in range, target tracking, target acquisition, astronomical observation, the field of terrestrial and space. With its wide application, the installation of platform development from fixed to mobile, widely installed in the car, plane. Therefore, the overall structure of the turntable and the ability to adapt to have a higher demand, not only have a good turntable discovery and tracking capabilities, but also the overall structure of the small turntable, in order to facilitate installation and transportation.This article is mainly used for photoelectric tracking platform of experimental teaching, study of its optical system, and introduced the other components, for our study of the photoelectric tracking platform provide a good teaching platform of tracking and measurements. This article describes the working principle and system components of the photoelectric tracking platform, and to determine the CCD imaging system and image amplification system parameters, design CCD imaging lens and double-telemetric optical system, results meet the requirements. For its measurement system, this article choice of the laser ranging system for distance measurement, selected optical encoder measuring its angle. Analysis of the overall accuracy of installation structure, obtained a greater impact on the accuracy factor, provided a favorable basis for the overall structural design.
