2009on January7th, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issue licenses for third-generation (3G) mobile services to China Mobile, China Telecom, China Unicom, which marks China formally entered3G era. As a3G technical standard initiated by China, TD-SCDMA network planning and deployment is very important from the perspective of carriers and Chinese IPR.In this thesis, we firstly introduce TD-SCDMA system, analyze TD-SCDMA development status and competitor status in SUZHOU mobile, implemente application prediction based on2G the user penetration method. Then the wireless TD-SCDMA network depolyment solution for SUZHOU mobile is given. This paper focuses on design principal and solutions for macro-cell, indoor distributed system and RNC. besides, specific design about radio-frequency channel arrangement, time slot assignment and HSDPA\HSUPA\MBMS wireless network interface configuration are also included. Simulation results are provided to verify the solutions. This thesis also analyzes isolation interference between systems, and gives the fundamental of specific implementation. In the last, the protective distance of electromagnetic radiation is analyzed aimed at environmental protection.
